- Academic recommendation from 2 people (may be S1, D4 supervisor/direct supervisor with min. S2 qualification) (Online filling)
- Statement of ability to complete the study (format has been provided)
- Certificate of guarantee for payment of study fees (stamped 10000) (format has been provided)
- Permission letter from work agency (for those who are already working) (format has been provided)
- Projection/Overview of the Thesis research to be taken (if any)
Additional Terms :
- Make a Research Proposal Draft which will be used as a Thesis Topic, Presented at the time of the exam / Interview Test. Draft Research Proposal Approximately 5 pages, with the structure :
